Two men rob Piney Forest Pizza Hut

The Pizza Hut on Piney Forest Road in Danville was robbed Thursday night around 9:23, according to a Danville Police news release.

Timothy Jones of the department stated in the release two male suspects entered the store demanding money; one of the men was armed with a handgun.

The duo took an undisclosed amount of cash from the business and some cash and personal effects from the two customers in the restaurant before leaving.

There were no injuries.

The first suspect was described as a black male, 5-feet, 7-inches tall, weighing 150 pounds and wearing a black T-shirt, a while long sleeve shirt and black jeans. The other man was estimated around 5' 10" and 145 pounds; he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dirty blue jeans and was carrying a gun.
