To the editor,
I am writing this letter to encourage people to vote.
Young people, your vote will really make a difference.
You have been hearing things about your President that are not true.
President Obama did everything he said he was going to do and more.
Anything that has not been done you can blame your Congress for that.
On the night of President Obama’s inaugural ball, the Republicans were having a dinner down the street.
Newt Gingrich was the leader. They laid out four or five things they needed to do to make President Obama fail in his term.
The main thing was to block all of his bills so they couldn’t be passed, and they did that with no regard of keeping people from having jobs and other things.
So, if no one is working, thank Congress for that.
I’ve always voted Democratic, but I had a lot of respect for the Republicans for the way they carried and conducted themselves.
In the last six months, however, they have really disgraced the whole United States — all because President Obama is black.
They have done every lowdown trick they can do and pull.
In the Republican debate, they said terrible things about each other.
Then they went on to attack President and Mrs. Obama after they chose Mitt Romney, whom they didn’t support. They really didn’t have any choice.
Governor Romney said he would repeal Obama care in his first day of office if he’s elected president.
This will be the first time we can go to doctors of our choice whenever we need to do so.
We will not be turned down for pre-existing conditions.
We can have our health screenings.
We will not be turned away because we don’t have any money.
Let’s not give him that opportunity.
Gov. Romney will cut out Pell grants. We need those for our children to go to college.
He wants to cut out all school programs. That’s a bad choice.
He wants to cut out Medicaid and Medicare. He wants to give a voucher for Medicare.
In 2009, I was in Duke University Hospital for 30 days and Stratford Nursing home for 30 days.
One day, I added up my bills. I stopped counting at $250,000. If I had a $10,000 voucher, I would be hurting.
Let’s deny him the right to repeal.
He wants to cut out food stamps. A lot of people receive food stamps even if they are working.
Seniors need this to get by with their Social Security.
Gov. Romney doesn’t care if you eat or not. He said during his debate he didn’t care for poor people.
He wants to cut Planned Parenthood and most of women’s rights.
Congress doesn’t have anything to do with a woman’s body.
Why are we still discussing birth control and abortion?
Please remind Gov. Romney that we took care of that in the last century.
Now, they are messing with voters’ rights — trying to steal another election. I guess they didn’t learn from the last one.
President Obama has been disrespected in the last six months. They have lied on him.
The governor of Arizona even put her finger in his face. Even Justice Scalia said some dirty things about the President.
Through all of this, President Obama is still black, smart and handsome.
Most of all, he respects everyone, including the dummies who disrespect him.
I’m going to end here, but I would like to tell you that two weeks ago Newt Gingrich was on the David Letterman Show.
David introduced Snooki to him and she said, “What’s up?”
He grinned from ear to ear. Mind you, this is a former speaker of the house and presidential candidate.
One thing I would really like to know — are you Republicans really proud of your actions?
If you really don’t know how you look and act, look at Saturday Night Live, David Letterman, Jay Leno, all of the comedy shows.
One thing I learned and know: Nothing is too dirty for you to do.
