Nathalie toddlers wander off; parents charged with neglect

A Nathalie couple, 23-year-old Richard Dale Culley and 22-year-old Tammy Ann Hudson, face two felony charges of child neglect and two misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after two toddler girls, ages 2 and 3, were found wandering on Acorn Road in Nathalie July 11.

Madison, Wis., authorities apprehended 29-year-old Ronald Lynn Lacks II on July 11, and he is being held in a Madison jail awaiting extradition to Halifax County.
