The Christmas spirit was everywhere in Downtown Appomattox on Sunday afternoon as the community celebrated with a Community of Candles and Christmas Parade.
Also as part of the festivities, the Community of Candles Decoration Contest announced its winners. The competition was sponsored by the Appomattox County Chamber of Commerce:
