Cat rescued from empty dumpster
Appomattox County Animal Control Officers Mickey Martin and Josh Hackett helped rescue a cat last Thursday that was trapped in an empty dumpster at the Spout Spring site. After receiving a call from Site Attendant Bully Ferguson, Martin and Hackett looped the cat to safety, and the unharmed feline scurried away to freedom.
